Washington Beer BlogOpening today in Bandolero’s old location at 2253 N 56th Street is The Publican, a new restaurant and bar by those who brought us the Brouwer’s Cafe in Fremont. The Seattle PI’s Washington Beer Blog reports 21 taps for craft beers, over 30 kinds of tequila, a full bar, and a substantial collection of red and white wines. The Publican also offers brunch all day every day, complete with eggs, bacon, Belgian waffles and hash browns.
