If pickle-loving Jersey Shore star Snooki comes to Seattle, she’s in luck: Britt’s Pickles is now up and running in Pike Place Market, according to The Seattle Times. The Whidbey Island- based business features pickles (obviously), kraut, kimchi, and more, all handmade and naturally fermented in oak barrels. Patrons can sample shots of brine to determine what flavors they like best.
