The Corin Tucker Band has released a new video for “Riley,” the second single from the band’s debut

1,000 Years, out tomorrow on Kill Rock Stars. “Riley” is one of the album’s best and more Sleater-Kinney-esque tracks: it’s got a little yelp from Tucker and the guitars are front-and-center. The video seems a little nostalgic, though: it shows two young punk teens running wild while cutting to the band playing in a small room. I can’t but wonder if Tucker is secretly dreaming about her more care-free youth. (Or, even more likely, dreaming about her two young kids becoming teenagers.)
