Yesterday was International Women’s Day, and in Seattle more than a thousand people gathered at Westlake Plaza to hear speakers including Councilmember Kshama Sawant—who hosted the rally—mayoral candidate Nikkita Oliver, and Russian punk group Pussy Riot speak.
