In other news, Papa Bois, a new food truck serving Southeast Asian/Caribbean fare, is about to hit the pavement. Nosh Pit was the first to report on the roving eatery. Papa Bois is getting ready to serve the likes of frybread sandwiches and coconut prawn curry at a few lots around town, including one near the SoDo Costco and another on the corner of 23rd Ave. and Cherry St. The owners are planning a grand opening party on April 27th.
