Seis Kamimura is leaving his post as executive chef at BOKA, effective Friday, for a new gig as executive chef and assistant general manager of Wolfgang Puck’s catering team at Seattle Design Center and Benaroya Hall. Which means that while sous chef Brian Erskine fills his shoes temporarily, BOKA will be looking for a new chef. Time to sharpen up that resume.
