Backstage at last years Lollapalooza, amidst the likes of LiLo, Joe Perry and Lou Reed, the celebrity sighting that really sent the kids all aflutter was that of Jack Blacks lesser known but equally hilarious Tenacious D sidekick Kyle Gass. Gass has birthed a chicken fried steak-flavored hybrid of Skynard and Spinal Tap with his latest band, Trainwreck. Songs like Milk the Cobra and Brodeo (sporting the lyric weve got Jan Claude Van Damme as our BroOverlord) showcase KGs stellar sense of humor, the kind which can only be fostered going through high school with Gass as your last name.
