1. Changes keep coming for Capitol Hill’s 15th Ave. E. Following the recent shutterings of North Hill Bakery and Bagel Deli, 22 Doors served its last customers on New Year’s Eve. According to CHS, 22 Doors received warrants for unpaid state taxes for the past four years.

2. Fremont’s The Barrel Thief hosts a Winter Rye Tasting on January 15. The 7:00 pm event includes ten rye samples and six take-home cocktail recipes. Buy tickets here.
