But why Boulevard Park?A spokesman for the company says the hope is to build on Rascals’ popularity by repackaging it for the affordable entertainment seeking crowd: hence the added wrinkle of a dueling piano bar. Of course if gambling isn’t your thing, or if you simply prefer a more physically taxing activity with your moderately priced eats and spirits, the Illinois based owners of Hooters of Western Washington in October plant to open another Hooters in Renton, this one with a multi-lane bowling alley.
