Renowned Korean-American restaurant Joule is leaving the Wallingford neighborhood at the end of April, according to PSBJ. But fans of husband-wife duo Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi’s culinary creations need not worry. The establishment is moving to The Fremont Collective at 3506 Stone Way N. where it will have more indoor seating, as well as outdoor seating just in time for summer.
Sorry, Wallingford residents: Joule is moving to Fremont.
In other news, Central District News reports that Restaurant Bea is set to debut at 1423 34th Ave. on Friday, March 30. The eatery will feature a seasonal menu using as much local seafood and produce as possible.
Lastly, My Green Lake shares that Mio Sushi will open at 7900 E. Green Lake Dr. N. on Sunday, April 1.
