Image source: http://www.elgaucho.com/elgaucho/_bellevue/index.htmAs we reported way back in August, Bellevue is soon to be home to a slew of new restaurants. El Gaucho Bellevue opened just days ago. Here’s what I wrote about this new place in the Voracious pull-out, a few weeks ago:The restaurant is “keeping to the core of elegant, old school table-side service,” explains El Gaucho’s Chad Mackay. However, don’t expect the classy dark interior familiar at the Belltown locale; this new venue boasts soaring windows and lots of light (scheduled to open in November, with lunch as well).Lunch isn’t on offer yet, though it might be the best deal, if you don’t happen to have a salary in sync with the decor.
