Another Capitol Hill Block Party is in the books, and it it checked off the requisite boxes for a good time. There were young crowds whipped into a frenzy over EDM and hip-hop headliners like Dillon Francis and Brockhampton. Seattle’s talented cop of musicians shined whether on the big stage (Sol, Sisters, Dude York), the basement venues (PSA, Scott Yoder, Whitney Ballen), or something in-between (Kinski, Vox Mod, NAVVI). Saturday even felt a little bit like Upstream Music Fest v2.0 with a host of the top locals from that musical shindig (Parisalexa, Great Grandpa, Spesh, Hibou) taking the stage again. And, of course, many bodies swayed with chemical inebriation under the unrelenting sun.
While everyone’s still attempting to get properly rehydrated, here’s our chronological photographic look back at Block Party weekend.
